Information we keep

• Your account: your name, email, password (stored only in scrambled form), business name, phone, address, logo and settings.
• Your business data: the customers, jobs, visits, quotes, payments, photos and notes that you and your team enter. This belongs to you; we only store it to run the Service.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used to keep the Service secure.
• Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, to send you messages about your account (email confirmation, password reset, billing, important changes), and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customers' information for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use trusted companies to run the Service: hosting [hosting provider], payments (Stripe), and email delivery [email provider]. They may only use the data to do that work. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Your customers' information

You decide what you enter about your customers. You are responsible for telling your customers how you use their information and for following the laws that apply to messages you send them.

Security

Each business has its own separate database. Passwords are scrambled, connections are encrypted, and we make regular backups. No system is perfectly safe; please use a strong password.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can export it any time from Settings. If you close your account, we delete your data after [30] days, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

We use one cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
